  Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • High-demand or customized pet products may require additional processing time.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Domestic Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

  • Missing apartment/suite numbers

  • Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

 Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Look for a delivery notice

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark “delivered” early)

  • Contact the carrier directly

If the issue persists, email us and we’ll assist however we can.

 Split Shipments

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on item availability or warehouse location.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
